A preview, not a live service

Essentia is in early development. The homes, sample roommate profiles, sample conversations, badges and search results on this site are samples for demonstration. They don’t describe real people or properties, and nothing shown is available to rent.

Messaging

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Be honest in your profile and respectful in conversations. Don’t harass anyone, post hateful content, advertise, ask for money or documents through chat, or impersonate anyone. Essentia doesn’t verify members’ identities unless a badge says so. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules. Use the report and block options if anything feels wrong.

No advice or guarantees

Information on this site is general and provided as is. It isn’t legal, financial or housing advice. Always check a property, the person offering it and the lease yourself before paying anything.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, submit false or harmful information through its forms, or use it for anything unlawful.

The Essentia Homes name, design and original content belong to Essentia Homes LLC. Photographs are used under their respective licenses.

Changes

We may update these terms as Essentia develops. The date at the top shows the latest version.
